How do I estimate my ring size?

Because true tungsten carbide is so hard, (about 10 times harder than 18K Gold, 5 times harder than tool steel, and 4 times harder than titanium), tungsten rings cannot be resized. Men's vs Women's Ring Size
  • Ladies and Men's sizes are numerically the same (ex. size 5, size 12). The difference between ladies and men's sizes typically is the width of the band. Traditionally ladies rings have narrow or thinner bands, men's rings tend to be wider.
Comfort Fit Vs Standard Fit
  • Our tungsten rings are comfort fit. This means that the ring is rounded on the inside where it touches your skin. This allows the ring to slide on and off your finger more easily. This also means that there is less surface area touching your skin and it will make the ring feel looser. Standard fit means the ring is the same size all the way through the inside of the ring.
Method #1
  • We suggest visiting a local jewelry store and instead of getting sized, try some tungsten rings and find out the size you are most comfortable with. Most jewelry stores will only size you for Regular fit and not Comfort Fit so the best way is to try some tungsten rings with different widths and find out your ring size.
Method #2
  • Alternatively, you can follow the procedure below to obtain your ring size. Sizes are expressed in American Ring Sizes. The ideal size will fit comfortably and be tight enough to prevent the ring from accidentally falling off. Before ordering make sure that the ring size is correct. Your finger size will change slightly throughout the day, depending on temperature, activity, etc. We recommend that you measure your finger during normal temperatures and at the end of the day when your fingers are most normal. You will want your ring to fit perfectly and be able to be removed easily at this time.
  • Step 1: Get a piece of an inelastic string or a strip of paper;
  • Step 2: Wrap it around the base of the appropriate finger;
  • Step 3: Mark the point on the string or paper to tighten up the loop, forming a complete circle;
  • Step 4: Measure the length from the starting end of the string/paper;
  • Step 5: Finally, determine your ring size from the chart below.
